Hey Ted, “H” means heart or circulatory system, “L” means legs. The scale is 1-10, with 1 being super easy and 10 extremely difficult. The numbers correspond to how it felt while running. Today (September 17) I cranked out 10 miles in 1:24:40, my best 10 mile time so far!
